A personal editorial photography project created during my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko. Rather than commissioned work, the images were captured as part of a personal stay and focus on the atmosphere of the hotel through natural light, thoughtful composition and authentic moments. The series combines interiors, architecture, the surrounding landscape and quiet lifestyle details to create an elegant, atmospheric portrayal of the guest experience. Some of the photographs were later featured in an official Instagram collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko.
